Warranty Policy
At Skateboard Australia, we take pride in delivering high-performance electric skateboards built to last. This warranty policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities in the event of a manufacturing fault.
Warranty Coverage

Electric Skateboards are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Electronic components, including the motor(s) and ESC, are included in this 12-month warranty.

The battery is covered under warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

For faults occurring between months 6 and 12, if a battery is deemed to have failed due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement at 50% of the retail price, subject to assessment and availability.

Hardware components, such as trucks, wheels, bearings, screws, and bolts, are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If a product is found to have a manufacturing fault during the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion, free of charge.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:

Damage due to normal wear and tear.

Improper installation of accessories or aftermarket modifications.

Misuse, neglect, or accidents, including water exposure.

Damage from incorrect foot positioning during high-impact landings.

Cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or visual wear from riding.

Tail or nose wear caused by ground contact.

Edge chipping from use rather than defect.

Warping or damage from exposure to heat, rain, or snow.

Products used outside intended riding conditions.
Eligibility Requirements

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from Skateboard Australia.

A valid proof of purchase is required for any claim.

Products must be used in normal conditions, maintained appropriately, and operated in accordance with all instructions provided.
If a product is outside the warranty period or no proof of purchase is provided, we reserve the right to charge for service and replacement parts.
Returns for Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. After assessment:

If confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will provide a replacement or refund as per the warranty terms.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.
